Designed by Paris-based architectural agency Malherbe, known for creating luxury experience centres for brands like Dior and Givenchy, Foodstories is a feast for the senses.
At its core, Foodstories is a haven for the well-travelled, food-obsessed consumer. It’s a place where passion for quality ingredients meets the desire for exceptional experiences. With over 8,000 products sourced from around the globe, the store promises to deliver the finest ingredients to your doorstep within four hours through its website and WhatsApp service.

Ashni Biyani, co-founder of Foodstories, shares, “At Foodstories, we believe our mission is to improve the quality of life of our consumers by sourcing and creating the finest products where our consumers can taste quality, and celebrate the diversity of the world’s food landscape by working with the finest growers and makers across provenance to bring exceptional ingredients and produce to the Foodstories shelves.”
The store is divided into distinct “chapters,” each offering a unique culinary journey. The all-day dining café, with its 50-seater capacity, serves everything from breakfast specials to innovative sweet and savoury bakes. The café’s menu is a tribute to local growers and makers, with dishes inspired by the farms where the ingredients are sourced.
For beverage enthusiasts, Foodstories offers three distinct experiences. The coffee program, led by Nandan Coffee, features award-winning blends, including a custom dark-roast blend exclusive to Foodstories. The Juicery serves up fresh, nutrient-packed juices and smoothies, while Boba Bhai brings its signature bubble tea to Hyderabad for the first time.
One of the highlights of the store is the Cheese Cellar, boasting over 104 varieties of cheese from India and beyond. The Meat Market, with its ethically sourced seafood, poultry, and caviar bar, is a carnivore’s dream. Meanwhile, the Spices section offers freshly milled blends, and the Global Pantry stocks over 2,000 handpicked ingredients from around the world.
At the heart of Foodstories lies the Kitchen Studio, a multidisciplinary space designed for modern-day content creators and food enthusiasts. Equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, the studio hosts guided tastings, cooking demos, and workshops, allowing visitors to deepen their connection with food.
Avni Biyani, co-founder, adds, “Foodstories was born out of Ashni’s and my passion for food, as well as our obsession with delivering high-quality experiences and products to India’s most discerning food connoisseurs.
