Vijay Deverakonda and Radhika Madan have teased a collaboration by sharing the first look of each other from an upcoming film, where they are expected to portray an onscreen couple.
On Thursday, Deverakonda posted a photo of Radhika on his Instagram story with the caption "My Sahiba," sparking speculation about their partnership. Radhika looks regal in the image, wearing a pink sari and silver jewellery, with her head covered by the pallu as she gazes pensively to the side.
Radhika also shared a photo of Deverakonda on her Instagram story, showing him in a brown shirt and trousers, smiling with his arm on a vintage camera.
On the work front, Deverakonda is currently filming VD 12, directed by Gowtam Tinnauri. Sithara Entertainment and Fortune Four Cinemas are co-producing the film, which will be presented by Srikara Studios. The full cast has yet to be revealed. Anirudh Ravichander will compose the background score.
The photos appear to depict a love story set in the 1940s or 50s. Singer Jasleen Royal recently announced a collaboration with Deverakonda and Dulquer Salmaan, stating, “A girl with enormous dreams, the universe sent me these two superheroes. We are now creating magic together. From ‘Heeriye’ to my next song, each one represents a piece of my heart. Get ready for something truly special on the 15th.”
