Last month the Radisson Blu Hotel in Delhi became the epicentre of inspiration and empowerment as the Mothers Army hosted its first-ever physical event. Organized by Parmeet Kaur Devgun, National Chair India of Mothers Army, in collaboration with Dr Harbeen Arora Rai, founder of G100, ALL, WEF, SHEconomy, and WICCI, along with Ritu Singh and the ALL India head office team, the event was a resounding success.
Motherhood is often described as a journey of love, sacrifice, and resilience. Yet, it can also feel like a solitary path, filled with challenges that are uniquely personal. But what happens when mothers come together, united by a shared purpose and a collective vision? The answer is simple: they become an unstoppable force for change.
This was the essence of the Mothers Army’s first physical event, held on January 18, 2025 in Delhi. The event brought together inspiring leaders, changemakers, and delegates from across the globe to celebrate the transformative power of motherhood and collaborative leadership. With over 70 speakers and delegates, including Chief Guests Deepa Menon (Sr. VP, PVR), Monica Negi, Vinay Rai, and Deepali Gulati, the event was a melting pot of ideas, experiences, and meaningful connections.

The theme, ‘Rise Together: Strength in Motherhood,’ resonated deeply with everyone present. It highlighted the idea that motherhood is not just about the bond between a mother and her child but also about the collective strength women can find in each other. When mothers unite, they create a ripple effect of compassion, resilience, and empowerment that transcends borders, cultures, and generations.
The event was more than just a gathering; it was a movement. The Mothers Army, a global initiative fostering compassionate leadership, showcased how women can lead with empathy and drive impactful change in their communities. From thought-provoking panel discussions to heartfelt stories of courage, the event left everyone with meaningful takeaways and a renewed sense of purpose.
As the curtains closed on this landmark event, one thing was clear: when mothers rise together, they don’t just strengthen themselves—they uplift entire communities. The Mothers Army has set the stage for a brighter, more united future, and this is only the beginning.
