SUMMER ICE FRUIT POPS

Summer is here, and the first thing that springs to mind to combat the rising temperatures is a cold ice cream.
Here's a quick and easy recipe for a nutritious fruit ice popsicle that both kids and adults will enjoy!

Ingredients
o 1 cup mango or seasonal fruit of choice
o 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional go sugar free or skip it entirely)
o 1 cup water or coconut water
o Cut fruit slices of choice
Method
1. In a blender take mango or fruit of choice along with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 cup of water.
2. Blend the above ingredients to make juice.
3. Take few fruit slices of choice and place in popsicle or ice moulds.
4. Pour the prepared fruit juice into popsicle or ice moulds.
5. Freeze for 7-8 hours or until the mixture hardens and takes shape.
6. Unmould and enjoy!
Tip:
To make a quick and easy popsicle without much hassle, take store bought juice of choice like orange, pour into the moulds freeze and enjoy.
