One of the most notable milestones for Mahajan this year was his acquisition of a stake in Flite, a cutting-edge ticketing platform valued at $14 million. “We faced challenges with existing ticketing systems—late payments, lack of dynamic pricing, and no guest profiling,” Mahajan explained. “Flite’s technology has revolutionised how we approach event management, offering insights we didn’t even know we needed.”
